The 909th join a coalition of Valkyries from all around the world and air forces who have gathered for the assault on the Fuji Primary Pillar, including Claudia's previous squadmates Lizbet and Leyli. Amatsuka then privately meets with Satomi in an attempt to convince him to keep Sonoka grounded, though Satomi suspects that Amatsuka sabotaged Sonoka's plane in order to prevent her from flying on an important mission in the past.
